Spools of leather and e-gift certificates are not eligible for return/exchange or refund.
Balances "left over" on e-gift certificates are not refundable, but they are transferrable.  Just give the certificate number to anyone you would like to use your e-gift certificate! 
 
We ask that you take careful measurements to insure that you are ordering the correct length of necklaces and bracelets! Most returns and exchanges are because the wrong size was ordered. We take great care to insure that you receive the length of the items you ordered and that our products are of the finest quality possible through our careful inspections, but if you do receive an item from us that is defective or damaged upon receipt, please email us at info@leathernecklaces.net to obtain an RA#. Items returned without an RA# will be returned to the sender and not processed.
 
Jump rings can and will open when enough stress is put on them.  We do not solder jump rings closed and they can come open if enough stress is put on them, so our warranty does NOT cover refunds, returns or damages resulting from jump rings coming open.  No returns or refunds will be authorized and no refunds will be issued due to jump rings coming open.  If you want your jump rings to not be able to come open, we suggest you take your leather necklace or bracelet to your local jewler and ask him to solder the jump rings closed.  He will do it for a very small fee.
 
You are responsible for postage charges incurred for returning your purchase to us. We will charge your credit card on file $5. postage to mail your exchange to you plus re-stocking fees. A 15%restocking fee (per retail price) will be charged for each item returned for exchange or refund. We recommend you MAIL your return in a padded mailer or box to insure that the product is not damaged by postal machines and that you pay for postal insurance for your return as well, in case it is damaged during transit. We do not accept UPS or FedEx or any other carrier for returns. Mail your return (after obtaining your RA# and posting it on the front of your return package) to: LeatherNecklaces.Net, PO Box 299, Aurora, MO 65605.

  • wholesale/bulk orders must be paid via Credit Card. in full before work begins.
